As Sulax, in this journey we began in 2013, our goal has been not only to be a water purification brand but also to be a strong representative of healthy, reliable, and sustainable water technologies. Since our establishment, leveraging our accumulated knowledge, field experience, and corporate vision, we provide services across a wide range—from home water purification systems to industrial treatment solutions—and have become a brand trusted in both national and international markets.

Since our founding, we have acted with the awareness of water's central role in life and view ensuring access to clean, healthy, and sustainable water for individuals and institutions as a fundamental responsibility. Across Turkey, with 110 offices and a team of 680 experts, we operate not only as a provider of products but as a corporate organization focused on human health, environmental sustainability, and technological advancement. With this approach, we continue to accurately analyze customer needs and deliver long-term, reliable solutions.

This disclosure text has been prepared by SULAX WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEMS, in the capacity of data controller and service provider, to inform you about the processing of your personal data and within the scope of the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data;

Your personal data transmitted to us through our website, call center, and corporate email account are processed for the purpose of conducting communication activities, following up and responding to requests and complaints, and managing emergency processes.

These personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds provided in Article 5 of Law No. 6698, namely the necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right. The personal data you provide are only evaluated within our company and are not transferred to third parties.

If deemed necessary by our company, you may be contacted to verify the accuracy of your personal data and additional information may be requested. All these processes are carried out in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, our Privacy Policy, and other relevant legislation.

As the data subject, you may apply to SULAX to exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, including:

To learn whether personal data are being processed
To request information if personal data have been processed
To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law titled "Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data"
To request notification of third parties to whom personal data have been transferred about the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data
To object to the emergence of a result against the person by means of exclusively automatic systems analyzing the processed data
To request compensation in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

You can exercise your rights.

You can submit your requests regarding the above rights to SULAX in the manner prescribed in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Applications must belong to you personally. Please note that it is not possible to apply for information regarding another person's personal data.

SULAX will finalize your information requests as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge. To exercise your rights regarding personal data, you can access the information on our website and use the "Request for Information Form under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data" available on our website.

Regarding Sending Electronic Commercial Messages to You;

This text has been prepared to provide information about sending electronic commercial messages and other communications to you in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and related legislation, in order to announce general/special opportunities regarding products and services offered by SULAX, keep you informed about current developments, send messages for celebratory purposes, provide content such as presentations and newsletters, and for promotion and advertising purposes.

Within this scope, if you consent to receiving electronic commercial messages, you acknowledge that the messages will be sent for the purposes of sales and advertisement of goods or services, campaigns, and promotions, using the communication channel you prefer. You can always change your communication preferences or stop receiving messages free of charge by refusing the specified actions in the messages without giving any reason, and electronic commercial messages and other communications will be sent to you via email/mail channels in compliance with the laws.

By reading this Disclosure Text regarding electronic commercial messages to be sent to you, you declare and accept that you understand it.
