Aktüel Water Treatment Systems Industry and Trade Limited Company was established in 2013 to provide services in the field of water treatment systems. Since its establishment, it has offered reliable supply and sales services with an approach that prioritizes quality standards and customer satisfaction.
In 2015, we accelerated our corporate growth process by becoming the Istanbul Hyundai general distributor. This step enabled us to increase our operational capacity and manage our service network on a broader scale.
In 2017, we reached monthly sales of 1,000 units, achieving a significant sales performance. This success became a critical milestone that supported the efficiency of field operations and the momentum of corporate growth.
We strengthened our brand awareness by conducting advertising and communication activities with 10 local radio stations across Istanbul. Through collaborations with İstanbul’un Sesi Radio, Radyo 34, and other broadcasting channels, our communication efforts were expanded. In the same year, device supply was provided to Bağcılar Municipality, increasing our corporate references in the public sector.
In 2019, we expanded our outsourced call center structure to reach an operational capacity of 150 people, enabling us to manage our sales and customer communication processes in a more systematic manner. In the same year, we strengthened our corporate partnerships through collaborations with Biruni University.
In 2020, we supplied water purification systems and purified water dispensers to Medipol Hospital Bağcılar Branch and all Baydöner locations. During this process, we successfully completed large-scale projects in corporate supply, installation, and operational management without any issues.
In 2022, we expanded our corporate supply network by providing water purification systems and purified water dispensers to all branches of Albaraka Türk. In the same year, we strengthened our corporate references through collaborations with institutions such as Kadıköy Municipality, Civil branches, Beşler, and Fibabank.
In 2023, we expanded our corporate partnerships by supplying equipment to TGS Ground Services and Halkbank. During the same period, we broadened our service scope across different sectors through projects carried out with EstElite and Private Saygı Hospital.
In 2024, we strengthened our corporate presence in the banking sector by supplying equipment to all branches of Ziraat Bank.
In 2025, we expanded our corporate solution partnerships by supplying equipment to Alliance Healthcare, Tabilaç, Kapaklı Municipality, Pakkan Schools, and TurkeyAna Clinic branches.
